Become a Part-Time Agent Coordinator

Housing Scout helps thousands of UT students find housing each year around the UT Austin campus. Our team consists of more than 50 leasing agents that help students find the perfect apartment or house to lease.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional individual to serve as a part-time front end company representative who can effectively communicate with clients and coordinate our agent’s touring schedules.

Qualifications

  • Friendly and enthusiastic personality
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Willingness to learn about student housing and real estate
  • Enjoy spending a majority of your day speaking with clients

Job Overview

  • Communicate with new leads and existing clients
  • Schedule tours for our leasing agents
  • Track and follow up with potential leads
  • Flexibility to help with other company tasks as needed
