Abhishek DasguptaHaving lived in Houston for over 10 years, Austin was refreshing in its sincerity and culture. Filled with people who constantly grow with the city, Austin has been a very nice place to experience new things and expand my interests.
As a sophomore Biomedical Engineering student at The University of Texas at Austin, I continuously find new ways to invest in experiences and aid those around me. Recently, I spearheaded TEDxUTAustin with a group of fellow, passionate colleagues. I also synthesize student sentiment to enact departmental change in the Biomedical Engineering Department by serving as co-chair and sophomore representative of our Undergraduate Advisory Board.
In my free time, I enjoy playing ultimate Frisbee, swimming, and working on my bike. Give me a call and I’d me more than happy to help you find your place and home in Austin!
Alex BouthilletteI grew up in The Woodlands, Texas, a suburb of Houston. Deciding to come to The University of Texas for school was one of the best decisions I’ve made because I am able to live in the beautiful city of Austin. In contrast, to my hometown, Austin has everything to offer. It’s always full of life and energy, so there is always something to do—food, music, outdoor activities.
Currently, I am a Junior majoring in Business Honors, Plan II Honors, and Finance. On campus, I am involved in the Alpha Phi Sorority, Texas Consulting Team, and am a McCombs Hometown Recruiter. Off campus, I am a financial assistant at an interior finishes company that does most of its work with apartment complexes in Austin; a perfect fit to go along with my position at Housing Scout!
My love for real estate began when I lived abroad with my family as a kid. I was fortunate enough to be able to travel to many beautiful European and Asian cities. From there, I wanted to pursue a job in Architecture, but didn’t want to leave my love for business behind. Real Estate seems to be the perfect combination of the two.
The housing market in Austin is competitive and overwhelming. Please feel free to reach out to me, so that we can find you the perfect home or apartment!
Alex SchnellI'm a Class of 2018 UT Spanish Language and Culture major from Houston, TX- Go 'Stros’!!
Other than kickin' it as a super rad real estate agent, I like to spend time traveling, reading, writing music and exploring new restaurants in Austin. Speaking of food, I also love to cook! Atleast, try to..
The reason behind why I decided to get my Real Estate license comes from my mom, who has been learning the game for some twenty something years now. Who wouldn't want to follow in the footsteps of someone who has mastered the business? Shout out, Mom!
I'd like to say my personality is a mix of ambition, positivity and a warm heart. So if you're looking for an agent that will help you through the housing searching process, always with a smile on their face, then I'm the agent for you!
Message me today- I'd love to hear from you!
ANDRES BUSTAMANTEBorn and raised in the city of El Paso, Texas to Mexican parents, I feel extremely privileged to have the opportunity to study in the University of Texas at Austin. I am currently a freshman in the McCombs School of Business pursuing a major in International Business and minor in Management Information Systems.
Growing up I have always had a passion for soccer, running, working out, and most importantly traveling. My passion for travelling grew as a result of having many family members in Mexico and spending a year studying abroad in France during my junior year of high school. I pride myself in being a trilingual individual and always feeling a need to help others.
Finding the right home can be an extremely tedious task, especially when there are other responsibilities on your plate. As a Real Estate Agent I am here to facilitate this process and help you find your ideal home. Please don’t hesitate to contact don’t hesitate to contact me!
Austin JacobyAs a third-year Finance student in the McCombs School of Business, I joined the Housing Scout team last year to dive into my passion for real estate and learn more about everything the city has to offer. When I moved to Austin two years ago from Plano, TX, I quickly realized that Austin offers something for everyone — exploring the city’s live music scene and hiking around the greenbelt on weekends are just a couple of the things I like to do in my free time.
Having lived in Austin over the last two years, I have witnessed the continuous expansion and development of West Campus and have become familiar with all the new residences available to students. Considering the variety of restaurants and hangouts in the area, West Campus offers a vibrant social environment that will always leave you with something to do.
As a licensed real estate agent, my goal is to find you and your friends the perfect place to live out the college experience. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions — I will be happy to guide you through the opportunities available and help simplify the leasing process.
Ben FortsonAlthough I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, I like to consider Austin my second home. My fondest early memories include eating cheeseburgers at Dirty Martin’s with my dad, singing “The Eyes of Texas” at the top of my lungs at football games, and watching the bats fly in the evening from under the Congress Avenue Bridge. I guess it’s no surprise that I ended up here at “The University” as my grandmother likes to say.
My passions include Texas Football (and a hatred for those schools in College Station and Norman), ping pong, art, The Office, and almost all sports or outdoor activities. I am double majoring in Art History and Economics, and plan to graduate in 2020 if all goes well.
From my experience, finding a place to live as a student can be an extremely challenging, long, and confusing process, or it can be quick, easy, and painless. I’d love to use everything I’ve learned from my personal struggle of finding housing in Austin, to my education as a licensed real estate agent, to help you find your next apartment, house, duplex, or condo.
Brooke LandryI am a native of Port Neches, Texas and moved to Austin my freshman year in 2015. Coming from a very small town, I instantly fell in love with all this amazing city has to offer, from the live music and great food, to UT sports. I am currently a third year Psychology major with a minor in Spanish at UT, I am also pursuing a Business Foundations certificate and am involved in a spirit group called the Texas Diamonds.
While Austin is an amazing city with a lot to offer, finding a place to live can be challenging. However, I love my job and I am dedicated to making your experience in finding a home easy and exciting.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you find your new home!
Cade KnebelOriginally from Round Rock, just twenty minutes north of Austin, I have found a home away from home at the University of Texas. While the endless benefits of Austin were always a short drive away growing up, I have genuinely enjoyed being fully immersed in the unique culture, which can only be found in the heart of this eclectic city.
I am currently a sophomore pursuing a degree in Advertising and Business Foundations at UT. In my free time, I enjoy playing basketball, exploring the outdoors, and watching Texas sports - of course, all with the company of my friends.
I have always had a passion for serving people. Whether it be mowing lawns for clients in my neighborhood growing up, or attending to the needs of the less privileged in Uganda, I have always strived to provide those I am serving with the best product possible. At the core of my work ethic is the opportunity to build relationships that last. I have a true desire to bring the best to the table and that is surely reflected in how I work with my clients. My history with Austin and my devotion to you as my client puts me in the perfect position to help you find exactly what you are looking for in a home here at the University of Texas!
Chris HaBorn and raised in south Houston in the small Clear Lake area, moving to Austin proved to me how lively and close-knitted a large city can be. I’ve always been excited to take trips to Austin when I was younger to visit the UT Austin campus as my father, uncle, brother, and cousin all graduated from here. So, Austin has been a very welcomed second home to me.
I am an Economics major and am also pursuing a minor in Marketing at the University of Texas. In my free time, I enjoy being outside. Whether it’s taking a short jog on Town Lake or on the ice, playing hockey, outdoor activities seem to suit me the best.
Living in a diverse, cultured city where I can freely pursue my interests in almost any field makes me glad that my new hometown is one of the fastest growing cities in America. So, as a Real Estate agent, it would be my mission to spend the needed time with you to find a place that you will love as much as I love Austin.
Codi KincaidI grew up in the boring city of Lubbock, Texas. Making the move to Austin without knowing a soul was difficult, but it is the best decision I have ever made. It’s a very energetic city with lots of wonderful opportunities that I would have never experienced somewhere else.
I am currently a sophomore at the University of Texas, studying Speech Pathology
and pursuing a certificate in Business Foundations. I’m extremely involved with
volunteering at Austin Speech Labs and the Dell Children’s Medical Center of
Central Texas. In the fall of 2014 I joined Alpha Chi Omega, where I am involved in
the Philanthropy committee, Recruitment team, and Intellectual Development.
I love to enjoy all that Austin has to offer by spending time outdoors, eating at interesting restaurants, and spending time with friends. I first became interested in Real Estate when I was very young, since both of my parents have professions in the field.
Finding housing in Austin can be stressful. Please feel free to reach out to me, so I can help you find the perfect house or apartment and have a positive experience while doing so.
I look forward to meeting you!
Edwin BautistaI’m from the small city of Wichita Falls, Texas and until August 2016, lived there my entire life. I moved to Austin to pursue an Urban Studies degree and minor in Interior Design at The University of Texas. I am hoping to build a career in urban planning or real estate development after I graduate.
Being one of the fastest growing cities in the US, there’s no better place to study and experience urban development than Austin! One of my favorite things to do is go for a run through downtown, cross the Colorado river to the Auditorium Shores dog park and watch the city skyline evolve as the numerous high-rise buildings continue to be constructed. I admire the art of architecture and find that many of the buildings in Austin have beautiful and eccentric designs which helps attract new residents while making the city visually appealing. On top of that there’s always something to do and a new food to try no matter where you are in the city.
Don’t hesitate to call or text - let’s explore Austin and find your new home!
Garrett GillI was born and raised in Austin and always dreamed of attending the University of Texas at Austin. I am a second year Real Estate Finance student at the McCombs School of Business, looking to pursue a career as a Real Estate Developer.
Growing up in Austin, I became assimilated to the UT culture very quickly. Whether it was tailgating before a home football game or dressing up as Vince Young for Halloween, I have always loved the Longhorn culture.
In my free time I enjoy hunting and being outdoors. I also like to explore Austin because though I have lived here my whole life, there is still much to see.
Grady SullivanHi my name is Grady Sullivan. I am from Southlake, Texas. I am a Geography Major at the University of Texas at Austin. I will also be receiving a certificate from the Real Estate Program. I have been working for Housing Scout for a year and a half now and I plan on continuing in the real estate field after college.
Let me know if I can help you find your next place to live.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Hannah HeldI am currently a junior at the University of Texas, studying Marketing in the business school and pursuing a certificate in Real Estate. I grew up in San Antonio, Texas (Go Spurs), but have been a Longhorn since day one. Growing up spending Saturdays in the fall at DKR, I knew I wanted to be a cheerleader for Texas - so I did just that. Along with spending a year on the cheerleading team, I am involved with my sorority, Chi Omega. I am one of four girls in my family, so to no one’s surprise I love girly things like fashion. Even more so, however, I love spending time outside, where I often horseback ride, hike, hunt, and fish.
Austin is a city full of life. There is delicious food, the best live music, and gorgeous scenery. I want to help you find a place that capitalizes on Austin’s beauty, and not only meets your needs, but exceeds your expectations.
I look forward to meeting you!
Jacqueline BennettI’ve lived in the greater Austin area since I was a child. I love Austin and chose to attend The University of Texas at Austin. I am currently a sophomore majoring in Civil Engineering.
I am involved in the American Society of Civil Engineers, University Leadership Network, Ramshorn Scholars, and Amare Outreach. In my free time I enjoy taking my dog, Lucy, on walks in various outdoor areas in Austin. She is a 2 year old German Sheppard mix and loves to swim and play.
Austin is really unlike any place I have ever been before. There is something for everyone in Austin. You will never run out of new restaurants to try, places to visit, and outdoor areas to explore.
I have lived in Austin for a long time and have developed a strong understanding of the different geographical areas. Especially North Austin and the UT area. I like to understand what my clients care most about regarding housing so that I can find them the perfect home.
Feel free to give me a call/text and I can start helping you to find your new home!
Jessica TranI was born in Seattle, and raised in Colorado, but I can say Austin is the city I really grew up in and became who I am today. Austin has such a live culture with diversity reflected through friendly Austinites. Fusion food restaurants and countless food trucks, outdoor activities in the basically year round sunshine, and being the live music capital of the world, Austin is perfect!
I have now lived in this city for almost a decade, and am about to complete my bachelor’s degree in economics, with a certificate in business foundations at UT. I like to work out, go out and eat with my friends or kick it at home with my family. I also have an almost unhealthy love for karaoke. I also enjoy watching comedy movies, art, and also exploring new things and meeting new people.
As a real estate agent, I am extremely familiar with the areas and things to do in Austin, aside from the best places to live. Definitely feel free to give me a call or text - I’d be happy to help you find a new home!
Jimmy McCartneyI am a Houston native and a multi-generation longhorn who has bled burnt orange my whole life. Through my studies, I began to really enjoy all aspects of real estate and I earned my salesperson license the summer after my sophomore year.
In my spare time I enjoy playing sports and I'm involved with multiple student organizations on campus. In addition, I love all the activities that Austin has to offer and I'm always seeking out new, fun things to do.
Being a student who has lived off-campus for many years, I know how difficult it can be to find the perfect place. I have extensive knowledge regarding the off-campus market and enjoy helping others with their property search. I've worked with big and small groups and know I can make anyone's living search an enjoyable experience.
John KingThough born in California, I was raised in College Station and converted to a Longhorn as soon as I came to visit Austin I was only 10 years old. Now I am pursuing a degree in Radio-TV-Film, and will move to Hollywood after college in hopes of a career in commercials and film.
Living in Austin for over a year now, the number of things that I have come to love here are endless. However, there is one lesson I have learned about this great city – always make sure you are picking the right home to live in. Before I moved here, I was focused on a million other things and did not put much thought into which apartment I should live in. Because of this rash decision, my first year has been spent in an apartment that did not suit me in any convenient way. Nonetheless, my misfortune has driven me to join Housing Scout and help other students in finding the right place to live in Austin.
If you would like for someone else to take care of the calamity that comes with choosing your next home or apartment, please do not hesitate to contact me! I am always available.
Joseph SchillingBorn and raised in Seattle, WA and having lived in Mexico for nine years, I quickly made Austin my home when I moved here for college. I am a junior, studying Economics with a minor in Finance. The moment I stepped foot in Austin, I fell in love with the campus, the city and the people. My passions include soccer, snowboarding, tennis, working out, and traveling. Although my greatest passion is food.
I joined the SAE fraternity during my freshman year and served as Recruitment Chairman as well as the Latin Economics and Business association a year after, where I am currently the Executive Director.
My professional interests are focused heavily on investments, which is what got me into Real Estate in the first place. While being a student at UT is extremely rewarding, classes can get really hard really fast and finding an apartment is yet another stressful responsibility you have to take care of. So I am here to take all that off your shoulders and help you find the place that you need that fits your standards of living. After all, you're my boss.
I've learned every corner in the central Austin area during my three years at UT, so don't ever hesitate to text or call me when you need help finding your next home!
There's always a better place!
Lynette AdkinsMy name is Lynette Adkins and I’m a Marketing major in the Mccombs School of Business, hoping to graduate in 2020. I’m originally from Virginia and moved to San Antonio when I was 12 years old.
I love studying at UT Austin - I am currently in many organizations, along with working as an agent for Housing Scout. I am social media chair for the Longhorn Entrepreneurship Agency, model for Spark Magazine, and am also a member of the African American Culture Committee. I hope to make a difference on campus by the time I graduate, promoting diversity and entrepreneurship for women.
On top of school and work, I also enjoy spending time with friends outdoors, weightlifting, and eating good food.
Working as a leasing agent for Housing Scout is so rewarding, knowing that I’m helping fellow students with the crazy home-finding process!
Nico BianchiI grew up in McKinney, Texas but since moving to Austin to attend UT, it has quickly become home. I love going to school here, and am pursuing a degree in Corporate Communications with a certificate in Real Estate. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy being outside and immersing myself in all of the great things Austin has to offer. From the delicious food, to the unbelievable music scene, to the beautiful trails and swimming holes--Austin truly has it all!
What I love about being a leasing agent is helping my clients find an amazing place to live that they are excited about! Going on tours with my clients and seeing their face light up when we find a cool property they want to live at is always a great feeling! Housing can definitely be a scary and stressful process, but with my help the whole process will go smoothly as I make it my mission to find an amazing place for you.

Ricky PatelBorn and raised in San Antonio, TX; I transferred to UT my sophomore year and was mesmerized by what the campus area and city of Austin had to offer. The diversity of music, food, nightlife, and leisure activities available are truly one of a kind.
I am currently an HDO major with a minor in Business at UT and plan to graduate during the Spring of 2019. Aside from school, I love to travel, go to the gym, and work on music.
Being a former transfer student, I understand that adjusting to life in Austin can be a bit daunting; especially when trying to find a home in such a compact city. However, allow me to take the workload from you when searching for a place to live. I’m sure that together we can find you the perfect property and I look forward to working with you!
Ryan GomillionMy name is Ryan Gomillion and I am from a small town in the Texas Hill Country called Boerne, where I graduated from Boerne Champion High School. After spending a year at UTSA, I transferred here to UT and have been loving every second of it. I am currently in my fourth year as an Ancient History major, and when I am not studying or working you can find me on the soccer field or at one of the amazing restaurants or parks that Austin has to offer. I became interested in the real estate industry in Austin after going through my own first leasing process. I had almost no idea what to do, but luckily, a helpful agent reached out to me and guided me to my very first apartment. I knew after that that I wanted to help people and especially students in the same way!
Austin has so much to offer and UT is a wonderful school to be at, but I know that organizing living situations can be daunting and stressful. I would like nothing more than to help take that stress away and use my locating skills to find your next place to live. If you wish to find a property suited to your tastes, or have any questions, please feel free to contact me!
Sean CronenAll of my family is from the Texas Hill Country and I’ve been visiting Austin ever since I can remember. I was born in Houston and have moved all over the state, but I will always consider Austin to be home.
I am a senior Music Production major at UT and I love spending time outside. In addition to staying active in Austin’s vibrant music scene, I take frequent camping and backpacking trips with my friends and visit Austin’s Green Belt year round.
I’ve worked a number of different jobs in the housing industry during my time at UT, and those experiences lead me to a job where I can genuinely say that I help people find the best apartment for their needs. There’s a perfect match for any person or group, just tell me what you need!
