I was born in San Antonio and was raised in a small town named Boerne, Texas. But that doesn't mean that a big city like Austin isn't my cup of tea! I am currently a Junior Economics Major at the University Of Texas and I've been bleeding orange ever since day one! Working with Housing Scout has introduced me to so many great people and grand opportunities. I am always willing to put in the extra effort to help my fellow students find the perfect place to live. Hope to hear from you! Hook 'em!

Hello fellow Longhorn! My name is An Duong and I am a recent UT graduate with a B.S. in Political Communications. I believe that one of the most overlooked aspects of the college experience is housing. A good apartment can serve as your cozy refuge away from your day-to-day problems; on the other hand, a bad apartment can act as a constant source of anxiety and apprehension. I was unfortunate to experience the latter. My first year at UT, I signed a lease with a fairly expensive apartment, not knowing that right outside of my bedroom was a large construction project. It is an understatement to say that the constant racket was an annoyance. That experience affected me to such a degree that I was compelled to get licensed and make sure that no other UT student would have to go through a similar ordeal. I am fully dedicated to finding you a suitable place to live for next year. I look forward to hearing from you!

Born in Fort Worth, Texas, I have always called the Lone Star State my home. I am currently pursuing a degree in Sports Management with Minors in both Business and Sociology. In my free time I enjoy working out, playing basketball, watching the Longhorns and Chicago Bears win, and spending time with my fraternity brothers. I have a passion for helping others and I understand the stress associated with finding the quintessential living situation. I strive to be approachable and responsive, and not only do I want to help you find the perfect spot, but also offer a lasting relationship.

I am currently in Austin as a UT class of 2023 Nursing major. Coming from a smaller city, I had no idea what to expect from Austin. It is safe to say that I have not been disappointed. There hasn’t been a dull moment because there is always something new and exciting to do. In my free time, I love running, cooking, talking with friends, and listening to music. When I first decided to move into an apartment, I did all of the searching by myself. The experience was so overwhelming that I took the first apartment that I toured, even though it did not suit my needs! I do not want my fellow students to have to go through this process alone. Finding an apartment by yourself can be very difficult. Message me and let me help you figure it out!

Even though I grew up in Dallas, I was born here in Austin and I always knew that I would come back. I am currently a sophomore Finance major interested in a career in Real Estate or Finance, or both! In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends and exploring this awesome city. You also might see me at Gregory Gym; I’m an avid pick-up basketball fan and I try to play a few times a week. I’ve loved working as an agent so far because it’s given me the opportunity to meet tons of amazing people who I never would’ve interacted with if it wasn’t for this job. We all know that the process of finding a place to live in Austin can be very stressful. My job is to take all that stress away and make it a fun and exciting process, as it should be! I grew up in Dallas and knew from a young age that I wanted to attend UT Austin. I love the university, the people, the vibes, and the culture, and couldn’t imagine a better place to spend my college years. I am currently in my third year and expecting to graduate in May of 2022 with a degree in Finance, with a concentration in Investment Management and Banking. Since coming to UT, I’ve been a part of numerous organizations including the Longhorn Band and Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, and enjoy playing sports and video games in my free time. As a Leasing Agent, I take pride in being able to help my friends and acquaintances find a place to live and creating the peace of mind that college students generally don’t have when searching for housing.

Originally from Round Rock, just twenty minutes north of Austin, I have found a home away from home at the University of Texas. While the endless benefits of Austin were always a short drive away growing up, I have genuinely enjoyed being fully immersed in the unique culture, which can only be found in the heart of this eclectic city. I am currently a sophomore pursuing a degree in Advertising and Business Foundations at UT. In my free time, I enjoy playing basketball, exploring the outdoors, and watching Texas sports - of course, all with the company of my friends. I have always had a passion for serving people. Whether it be mowing lawns for clients in my neighborhood growing up, or attending to the needs of the less privileged in Uganda, I have always strived to provide those I am serving with the best product possible. At the core of my work ethic is the opportunity to build relationships that last. I have a true desire to bring the best to the table and that is surely reflected in how I work with my clients. My history with Austin and my devotion to you as my client puts me in the perfect position to help you find exactly what you are looking for in a home here at the University of Texas!

I was born in Maryland, but raised in El Paso, Texas for most of my life and consider myself a Texan. UT Austin was the only school I wanted to go to growing up because of the great atmosphere here. I could not be happier with my decision and I am proud to call Austin my home. I am part of the class of '22 and am a Philosophy/Pre-med major. Based off this, it may seem odd that I am currently working in the field of real estate, but in high school I was part of a marketing club called DECA. Serving as Vice President and being a DECA State Finalist, this club taught me a lot about working in a hospitable business to ensure the satisfaction of clients. After learning about Housing Scout and getting my real estate license the summer after my freshman year, my mission is now to help other people find that same sense of home that I have in this great city of Austin. I love entertaining and bringing joy to others, and my primary goal is to make the process of finding a place to live as smooth and fun as possible. Your real estate agent should not just be some agent to you, they should be a friend! Message me today so I can make the process of finding you the perfect place to live easy and enjoyable!

Born and raised in East Texas, I had a feeling that Austin would be a unique environment where I could thrive as a student and person. I began my college education with a major in Biology in hopes of becoming an Orthodontist later down the line. Recently, however, I’ve shifted my focus towards a career in Medical Law. Some of my hobbies include tennis, hanging out with my fraternity, making music, and enjoying the outdoors. I found out about Housing Scout through my current employer, Miller Gill, who reached out to me through Lambda Chi Alpha. I became licensed over the summer of 2019 and passed my Texas Real Estate Exam with flying colors. Currently, my main goal in college is to make lifelong memories and set myself up for success through hard work and valuable professional experiences such as Housing Scout.

Growing up in the *literal* middle of nowhere, 500 person hill country town of Utopia, TX, the value of helping others when you have the ability was always strongly instilled in me! That's why I decided to join Housing Scout as an apartment leasing agent, because I know first hand the struggling experience of trying to find affordable, quality housing in the ever-growing city of Austin. . . especially for students! I am currently a Senior in the Class of 2019 and an Anthropology major here at UT Austin. I love to spend my free time working on my research, being with friends, exploring the city, eating great food at new restaurants, running and working out, and working on new music! As a student at UT, I've experienced my fair share of the difficult process and experience of trying to find housing on my own. One year, however, I discovered Housing Scout and worked with an agent who made the process SO much easier and smoother. . .and it was actually fun too! That is exactly the same experience that I now strive to provide now that I'm an agent, and I can't wait to help you find your next amazing place to live in Austin! Please don't hesitate to reach out.

As a Houston native, I'm proud to have always called Texas home. I'm a second-year Chemical Engineering major at UT and enjoy exploring Austin and trying new foods whenever possible. The process of finding and securing housing can be difficult and tedious to tackle alone, especially in Austin. This was one of the primary reasons I became interested in Real Estate. From what I've learned as a Real Estate agent, I am better able to help people find where they want to live ranging from year-long leases around UT's campus to more permanent residences around Austin. I enjoy helping anyone in their search for housing. If you are looking for housing, feel free to contact me with any questions. Although Fort Worth, Texas is where I spent most of my childhood, I always knew that the University of Texas would be the place for me!! Currently, I am a freshman here and planning on double majoring in Psychology and Business. As soon as I came to Austin, I knew I would love exploring the city. From playing disc golf at Zilker to finding new food joints downtown, I am always taking advantage of all the experiences Austin has to offer! The music scene might be my personal favorite, as I love going to concerts and exploring the record shops. I became interested in Real Estate after going through the painstaking process of finding an apartment on my own. I know I was always looking for a deal, and in a high demand place like Austin it is stressful to try to secure housing without the knowledge of someone that can help with the annoying details. I know what it is like to be in that difficult situation, and I am here to help!! Give me a call/text if you are looking for a place, I’d love to help you find your perfect home!!

I’ve spent the majority of my time at Texas playing on the Texas Longhorn football team. I walked on to the team in the summer of 2017 and am now on full scholarship. When I’m not playing football or doing real estate, I am a full time finance major in the McCombs school of business. As a student here at Texas, we know rent can be expensive. I paid way too much for a lease my sophomore year right before I was introduced to Housing Scout. I became an agent to ensure that my friends and clients never pay too much for a place like I did that year.

I was born and raised in a military family which means that I was given the chance to see many different cities and many parts of this country. After choosing to pursue my studies at UT Austin, I decided on majoring in Humanities Honors and Philosophy and I sincerely wouldn’t have it any other way. As someone who recently came from Louisville, Kentucky, coming to Austin was a huge culture shock for me. After exploring the city more and more, it started to really come alive to me. I came to the conclusion that one of the best things about it is the vibrant culture as well as the amount of things you can do and the different places you can see! While staying in a city this warm and inviting, it only makes sense that the place you call yours should do the same. As your Real Estate Agent, it is my mission to find you the perfect place that’ll make your experience in this great city even greater. Reach out to me today, and as always, Hook ‘em Horns!

I was born in Seattle, and raised in Colorado, but I can say Austin is the city I really grew up in and became who I am today. Austin has such a live culture with diversity reflected through friendly Austinites. Fusion food restaurants and countless food trucks, outdoor activities in the basically year round sunshine, and being the live music capital of the world, Austin is perfect! I have now lived in this city for almost a decade, and am about to complete my bachelor’s degree in economics, with a certificate in business foundations at UT. I like to work out, go out and eat with my friends or kick it at home with my family. I also have an almost unhealthy love for karaoke. I also enjoy watching comedy movies, art, and also exploring new things and meeting new people. Long time Texan born in San Antonio, a first-generation Longhorn, and a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in English and spent my extra time coding and designing video games. I chose a career in Real Estate because, foremost, everyone needs a place to live and the kinds of spaces we occupy are important to the essence of who we are. During past summers, I worked with my grandfather to renovate rental properties before I left to study abroad in Edinburgh, Scotland. During my time in Europe, I was able to study Interior Design and Medieval Cultures. I visited the Netherlands, and it was at this point that I kindled my passion for mastering my own space.

I understand more than most about how difficult it can be to navigate through the tremendous living space options surrounding campus and to find the perfect place, especially when you don’t have access to all the information. I was completely lost my freshman year and the leasing process was stressful, rushed, and uninformed. After my bad experience, I became a Housing Scout agent to give my fellow Longhorns the best leasing experience possible by providing information on 98% of the properties in the UT area, assisting you from start to finish, and making the entire process effortless. I would love nothing more than to help you find your next home. Feel free to contact me anytime at kevintran@housingscout.com or (832)-641-5518.

I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Clark High School in 2015. After a year at UTSA, I transferred into UT and felt right at home as soon as I stepped onto the Forty Acres. I’m a Senior advertising major with a business minor and I’ve loved every second I’ve spent here in Austin. I love getting outdoors and spending time in the sun. My passions include fishing, hunting, working out, sports, cooking, reading and occasionally binge-watching a great show if I have the time. One of my favorite things to do is make it a point to talk to as many people as I can in a day, which is easy in a city like this. Simply put, Austin is an amazing place to live for young aspiring students, young professionals and really anyone of any age. As many incoming students will find out, and as current students already know, UT offers an outstanding but rigorous workload. Knowing this can make finding a great place to live seem like a chore and cause unneeded stress. This is where I come in. With my help, we can find a great living situation that truly accommodates your needs. I’m here to help and I love making life just a bit easier for people who are always on the go. With great knowledge of the city and access to properties all over town, I can find you your next happy place to escape to after a long day of classes or work! Text, call or email are all fine to contact me so don’t hesitate! Together we’ll find you your happy place, Hook ‘em!

I’m Lee, a third year Neuroscience pre-med major here at UT. I’m originally from Chicago, but I’ve called Texas home for the last seven years. In my free time I like to play the violin and I actually spent a few semesters in the UT Symphony! I’ve always been a very driven, high-energy guy and talking to people is one of my favorite things to do. My time in Austin has been great so far. It’s a growing city with tons of things to do, which is the perfect place for me. Before starting with Housing Scout, I spent a year working in the student housing industry and loved every second of it. Being able to learn the intricacies of Real Estate while helping fellow Longhorns secure apartments has definitely been a win-win!

My name is Lynette Adkins and I’m a Marketing major in the Mccombs School of Business, hoping to graduate in 2020. I’m originally from Virginia and moved to San Antonio when I was 12 years old. I love studying at UT Austin - I am currently in many organizations, along with working as an agent for Housing Scout. I am social media chair for the Longhorn Entrepreneurship Agency, model for Spark Magazine, and am also a member of the African American Culture Committee. I hope to make a difference on campus by the time I graduate, promoting diversity and entrepreneurship for women. On top of school and work, I also enjoy spending time with friends outdoors, weightlifting, and eating good food. Working as a leasing agent for Housing Scout is so rewarding, knowing that I’m helping fellow students with the crazy home-finding process!

My name is Ryan Gomillion and I am from a small town in the Texas Hill Country called Boerne, where I graduated from Boerne Champion High School. After spending a year at UTSA, I transferred here to UT and have been loving every second of it. I am currently in my fourth year as an Ancient History major, and when I am not studying or working you can find me on the soccer field or at one of the amazing restaurants or parks that Austin has to offer.

I became interested in the real estate industry in Austin after going through my own first leasing process. I had almost no idea what to do, but luckily, a helpful agent reached out to me and guided me to my very first apartment. I knew after that that I wanted to help people and especially students in the same way!
Austin has so much to offer and UT is a wonderful school to be at, but I know that organizing living situations can be daunting and stressful. I would like nothing more than to help take that stress away and use my locating skills to find your next place to live. If you wish to find a property suited to your tastes, or have any questions, please feel free to contact me!

All of my family is from the Texas Hill Country and I’ve been visiting Austin ever since I can remember. I was born in Houston and have moved all over the state, but I will always consider Austin to be home. I am a senior Music Production major at UT and I love spending time outside. In addition to staying active in Austin’s vibrant music scene, I take frequent camping and backpacking trips with my friends and visit Austin’s Green Belt year round. Having lived in Austin for 14 years, I am no stranger to the neighborhoods of this bustling city. My appreciation for Austin grew immensely once I began attending The University of Texas at Austin majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering. One of my favorite aspects of UT is the diversity and uniqueness it carries, paralleling that of Austin. I love embracing Austin’s eccentric culture, usually through the means of exploring local restaurants. The opportunity to work as a Licensed Real Estate Agent for Housing Scout seemed like it was made for me given my crazed fascination with HGTV. I find joy in easing the process for students in finding ideal housing amid their, no doubt, busy schedule. My other passions include dancing, being outdoors, animals, and spending time with friends and family. Austin is growing at an incredible rate, making it perfectly accommodating for people of all walks of life. Don’t hesitate to text, call, or email me at any time as I’d love to help you find your housing match!

I was born and raised in Houston, TX before making my way over to the beautiful city of Austin! I’m majoring in Business at the University of Texas and apart of the class of 2022. As a child, I loved touring houses for sale and interior design. With some of my family members having their real estate license, I remember always joking with my mom about getting it too. Of course, that stopped when I finally passed the excruciating 4 hour exam while my stomach was growling. What was even better was the opportunity to be a part of the best real estate family there is: Housing Scout! I love going on adventures and exploring. With hundreds of hidden gems, delicious foods, and entertainment in Austin, there’s always something to do. I crack jokes almost all the time, so you’ll most likely see a smile on my face. I’m a pretty optimistic and ambitious person. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and meeting new people. I know how time consuming and stressful searching for a place to live can be and I’m here to make it a piece of cake for you! Feel free to contact me at any time. I’m super excited to be a part of the adventure of finding your perfect home!
